    • Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation included in the original shipment.
    • Customized or special order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details in your request.
  3. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value. Arkool Refrigerants is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Processing Returns

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Returns may take up to 5-7 business days to process after being received.
